Learning Coach – Bluerise BV
Join us as a Learning Coach to support and mentor learners with social, emotional, and mental health needs, disabilities, learning difficulties or medical conditions, and/or ESOL, English and Maths support needs. Your role will enable them to successfully complete their qualifications, courses and, where appropriate, education, health and care plan (EHCP) outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualised support and mentoring to learners.
- Use initiative, organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Maintain high‑quality written records of learner progress and set appropriate, SMART targets based on EHCP outcomes and agreed support plans.
- Communicate clearly with learners, colleagues and external agencies at all levels.
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior experience required; demonstrate initiative, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Good communication and computer literacy.
- Willingness to achieve a GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*–C in English and Mathematics if not already held.
