The Opportunity
We are seeking senior, experienced solicitors to join Blueridge Legal on a fee-sharing basis. This role is ideal for lawyers who want to step away from rigid structures and billing targets, while continuing to practise at a high level. You will manage your own client matters, supported by Blueridge Legal’s brand, systems and infrastructure, allowing you to focus on what you do best - advising clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload within your area of expertise
- Delivering high-quality legal advice and client care
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Generating work through your own network (with marketing support where required)
- Working collaboratively with the wider Blueridge Legal team when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience (typically 7+ years PQE, though this is flexible)
- Strong technical ability in your chosen practice area
- An existing client base or proven ability to generate work
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for flexibility and autonomy
- Professional, client-focused and commercially aware
