Mission
If you live and breathe design, are bursting with fresh ideas, and are eager to create compelling digital content, this role is for you. As a naturally motivated and keen learner, you’ll work alongside our multi-disciplinary designers and editors contributing to ambitious projects for a diverse range of clients. This role is for someone who revels in the challenge of transforming a brief into impactful visual content. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, learn, and push creative boundaries to deliver winning design solutions, particularly within the digital and social media landscape. You’ll possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing tight deadlines across multiple projects in our fast-paced studio environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get stuck in and make things happen.
Job Functions
- Be a source of design energy, excitement, and experimentation, with a strong focus on content creation.
- Design engaging and effective visual content for various digital and social media platforms (e.g., social media graphics, short-form video, interactive posts, digital ads, email visuals).
- Support senior team members in the production of high-quality content at scale, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop concepts for digital campaigns and social media initiatives.
- Bring innovative content solutions, current trends, and best practice examples in digital content creation to the agency.
- Assist in presenting content ideas and design solutions to the wider team.
- Add value in creative discussions, contributing ideas for content strategy and visual direction.
- Be enthusiastic about working across all client accounts and tackling any design or content creation task.
- Proactively seek opportunities to contribute and assist on various projects.
- Contribute to SHARE’s thought leadership through blog posts, social content, and marketing materials.
- Assist with design and content creation for new business pitches.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to changing workloads, working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 0-1 year’s industry experience (internships and personal projects count!).
- A killer portfolio showcasing your design skills and, crucially, examples of digital content creation (e.g., social media campaigns, motion graphics, video snippets, infographics).
- Good knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar like Figma, Canva).
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape, social media platforms, and current content trends.
- Basic understanding of advertising principles and how design drives engagement.
- An innovative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual media.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with office tools and technology.
- You have a work permit and you live in London.
