You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance consisting of domestic tasks such as changing sockets, lighting repairs & change out as well as general electrical maintenance duties.

• Qualified Electrician
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience doing maintenance work
• Either have or be able to go through a basic disclosure check
• CSCS Card
