Compensation: £24.31 per hour PAYE
- Long-term role to go permanent
- Based primarily in one location – minimal travel.
Qualifications:
- A recognised apprenticeship (at least SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and relevant Trade qualification.
- A UK Drivers Licence.
- Experience as a people manager – managing performance & conduct; coaching and upskilling.
- Proficiency with IT systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with CMMS, BMS (Trend), environmental/ecological controls, boiler controls.
- Competent in managing an assigned budget, approving expenditure up to designated authority levels, and identifying procurement requirements for the team.
