Mon to Thurs 8am -4pm, early finish Friday’s
Responsibilities:
You will support the Area Estates team to carry out basic routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repair tasks.

Undertake minor repair tasks, training will be provided where required
-
Supported by the engineering team, you may also carry out allocated tasks involving, inspecting fire systems, equipment maintenance testing and inspection

Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment and reporting any dangers/deficiencies.

Carry out external ground’s maintenance.

Assisting Bricklayers in repair work
You will be reliable, dedicated and serious about taking on a full-time role with our public sector client. Ideal if you’re experienced in maintenance tasks

Skills and experience in using and handling tools and equipment

Experience in carrying out basic domestic maintenance repair tasks an advantage

A basic understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace

Must be able to pass a Basic Disclosure or already have one.
