Maintenance Manager required in Falkirk. Blueprint requires a technical manager, specialising in mechanical aspects to join our client’s team based near Falkirk.

Compensation

  • £24.31ph PAYE
  • Long‑term role to go permanent
  • Based primarily in one location – minimal travel

Qualifications

  • A recognised apprenticeship (and achieved at least SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Has a relevant Trade qualification.
  • A UK Drivers License
  • Experience as a people manager and managing performance and conduct. Coaching and upskilling etc.
  • Ability to use IT systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Able to use CMMS, BMS (Trend), environmental/ecologic controls as recording, reporting and management tools, boiler controls.
  • Competent in managing assigned budget if applicable or takes responsibility for approving expenditure up to designated authority spending levels.
  • Competent in identifying procurement requirements for the team.
