Maintenance Manager required in Falkirk. Blueprint requires a technical manager, specialising in mechanical aspects to join our client’s team based near Falkirk.
Compensation
- £24.31ph PAYE
- Long‑term role to go permanent
- Based primarily in one location – minimal travel
Qualifications
- A recognised apprenticeship (and achieved at least SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Has a relevant Trade qualification.
- A UK Drivers License
- Experience as a people manager and managing performance and conduct. Coaching and upskilling etc.
- Ability to use IT systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Able to use CMMS, BMS (Trend), environmental/ecologic controls as recording, reporting and management tools, boiler controls.
- Competent in managing assigned budget if applicable or takes responsibility for approving expenditure up to designated authority spending levels.
- Competent in identifying procurement requirements for the team.
