Job Description

Here at Blueprint Recruitment Solutions we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading critical infrastructure company in a long-term contract role outside IR35. As the successful candidate you will be required to work full time on site near Kings Lynn or Luton, on an exciting substation project.

-Competitive day rate of £400 (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities

-Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, health & safety standards, and company HSQE policies

-Supervise staff and subcontractors, ensuring work follows procedures, meets quality standards, and is delivered on time

-Produce timely reports and information; support project documentation including as-built drawings

-Lead by example, promote best practices, and support continuous improvement across health, safety, quality, and environment

-Support clients by meeting or exceeding KPIs, and carry out any additional duties as required by management

What we’re looking for

-Must have extensive experience in this role, preferably on National Grid sites

-National Grid Competent Person (NSI 6 & 8)

-IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS, or SSSTS; plus IOSH Environmental or equivalent

-CSCS or CCNSG, HSG47, and First Aid certified

-HNC / HND in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

-Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
