They are looking for someone to join them in a contract role, who will bring expert experience to their team. The successful candidate will be based at the clients Cumbria office, with the option to work in a hybrid role also.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage quantity surveying tasks for projects and work packages.
- Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to control costs.
- Liaise with client to meet business needs.
- Manage the main contract and ensure proper documentation, including preparing and issuing subcontract documentation.
- Oversee payment applications and prepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Assist in managing subcontractor performance.
- Extensive experience on water/wastewater projects.
- Chartered or working towards, with a recognised institution.
- Degree or equivalent level.
- NEC3 or ICheme Contract Experience.
- Experience of managing, leading, and developing a small team or individual.
