An established building services team is looking to appoint a BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across a growing portfolio of MEP projects within the Manchester region. This role will suit someone with strong Revit MEP and building services experience who enjoys leading teams, driving BIM standards and overseeing coordination delivery across complex live projects.
You'll manage a small team of BIM Coordinators and Senior BIM Coordinators, playing a key role in project delivery, technical workflows and BIM strategy within a collaborative MEP environment.
The Role
- Leading BIM delivery across mechanical and electrical projects
- Managing and supporting a team of BIM Coordinators
- Overseeing Revit MEP workflows and coordination processes
- Driving BIM standards, quality and project consistency
- Supporting clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Working closely with engineers, consultants and project stakeholders
- Supporting project delivery through technical and construction stages
What They're Looking For
- Experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Lead within building services
- Strong Revit MEP capability
- Background within mechanical and electrical project environments
- Experience leading BIM coordination on complex projects
