The Opportunity
A high-profile infrastructure programme is seeking an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to support the delivery of a technically complex 400kV substation development. This is a fast-moving contract role offering strong rates, immediate impact, and exposure to a nationally significant project.
You\βll be at the heart of a multidisciplinary design team, owning the coordination and detailed modelling of critical building services systems within a demanding, real-world environment.
What You\βll Be Doing
- Producing and coordinating high-quality Revit MEP models for a major power infrastructure project
- Detailed 3D modelling of:
- External lighting systems
- CCTV installations
- Control building services
- Ensuring models are fully coordinated across disciplines and aligned with project standards
- Supporting design reviews, clash detection, and technical problem-solving
- Working closely with engineers and stakeholders to keep delivery on track
What We\βre Looking For
- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator on complex projects
- Strong Revit modelling and coordination capability
- Background in infrastructure, utilities, power, or similarly technical environments preferred
- Confident communicator who can operate autonomously and hit the ground running
- Willingness to work hybrid, with some time based in a Manchester office environment
