For Companies Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading building services consultancy, in a permanent position. You will be required to work 5 days a week from our client’s London office. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects, with an experienced and motivating team.
Salary: ranging from £50,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage 3D MEP models in Revit.
- Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural designs.
- Run clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks.
- Support engineers with drawings and model updates.
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a similar Revit MEP Coordinator or BIM Technician role within building services.
- High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Solid understanding of UK building services and construction detail coordination to stage 5 & above.
- Experience working within a BIM Level 2 environment.
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as BIM 360 or Viewpoint.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills.
