An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing building services consultancy delivering technically challenging projects across the commercial, residential and mission-critical sectors.

This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys producing high-quality coordinated BIM models, working closely with engineering teams and playing a key role in delivering complex building services projects from design through to construction.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will become part of an experienced BIM team, support the coordination of mechanical, electrical and public health services while contributing to the successful delivery of multiple live projects.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be involved in:

  • Producing and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models across a range of building services projects
  • Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within multidisciplinary BIM models
  • Supporting projects through Stage 4 and Stage 5 design and construction
  • Carrying out clash detection and resolving coordination issues
  • Working closely with engineers, BIM Managers and project teams to develop coordinated design solutions
  • Producing accurate construction drawings and technical documentation
  • Maintaining BIM standards and model quality throughout project delivery
  • Responding to design changes and supporting live project coordination

This Revit MEP Coordinator position offers the opportunity to work on technically demanding building services projects within a collaborative BIM environment.
