Calling all Principal Mechanical Design Engineers!
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join a leading Engineering consultancy, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be required to attend our client’s London office, on a hybrid basis.
This role offers a chance to take lead on high-profile commercial, mixed use, healthcare and education projects while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
–Competitive Salary of £60,000-£70,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
-Lead mechanical design and analysis for projects, ensuring high technical standards and client satisfaction.
-Guide and mentor junior engineers and provide technical support.
-Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
-Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
-Previous experience in mechanical engineering, ideally in building services or consultancy.
-Have a proficient knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
-Proven leadership skills with experience managing projects and teams.
-Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders constructively.
