Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a dynamic Model Manager to join a leading design consultancy, in a permanent position on a hybrid basis in London. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting commercial, residential, leisure and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a diverse roster of models and oversee bookings.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients and talent, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Scout and onboard new talent while maintaining strong industry relationships.
- Oversee the upkeep of model portfolios and support marketing initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- In-depth knowledge of COBie and BIM exchange formats (e.g., IFC).
- Familiarity with point cloud integration and its benefits.
- Strong grasp of information management workflows.
- Proficient in Autodesk Construction Cloud (especially Collaborate Pro) and CDEs.
- Solid understanding of ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and general BIM standards.
- Knowledge of project lifecycles and RIBA stage deliverables.
