Are you a motivated M&E Surveyor seeking your next challenge? Here at Blueprint Recruitment our client, a well-established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, is looking to expand their team. We are searching for one Mechanical Surveyor and one Electrical Surveyor to join them in contract roles within the built environment. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis from the client’s office in Essex.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting mechanical or electrical surveys, inspections, and assessments of building services systems.
- Liaising with clients and contractors to ensure the requirements of the project are met.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
- Assist with energy efficiency and sustainability assessments where applicable.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the building services sector.
