Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an M&E Site Manager to join a leading infrastructure company, in a contract position. You will be required to work full time on site in Oxford, on exciting substation projects. -Competitive day rate of £575 / CIS (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: -Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to programme, quality, and health & safety standards -Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to ensure smooth and efficient site operations -Monitor project progress and report to senior management on timelines, costs, and challenges -Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements -Coordinate logistics, materials, and resources to maintain site productivity -Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings What we\’re looking for: -Must hold a SMSTS card -TWC and BESC -HSG47 & SR163 accreditations -Proven experience as a Site Manager, managing National Grid sites -First Aid certification essential -Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills -Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
