A leading, independent Engineering Contractor is looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of complex building services projects. This position is suited to someone confident taking the lead on live projects, driving BIM coordination processes and supporting the management of a coordination team within a fast-paced Revit MEP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading BIM coordination across MEP and building services projects
  • Producing and reviewing coordinated Revit MEP models
  • Managing clash detection and technical coordination workflows
  • Supporting multidisciplinary coordination across project teams
  • Leading BIM meetings and technical coordination reviews
  • Supporting and mentoring junior BIM staff
  • Maintaining BIM standards and project model quality

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator
  • Strong Revit MEP capability
  • Previous RIBA stage 5 experience is preferred
  • Extensive building services/MEP experience is required
  • Experience leading BIM coordination on live projects
  • Ability to manage or mentor a small team
  • Strong technical coordination and communication skills
