The position will initially focus on a Revit-based project for approximately one month, before moving into a varied workload combining AutoCAD and Revit MEP. This is an Outside IR35 opportunity offering £40-£45 per hour DOE, with five-day-per-week availability required.
The Role
You'll support the coordination and production of MEP design information across a range of Building Services projects. The initial project will require strong Revit capability, followed by a combination of CAD and Revit work as project requirements develop. You'll work closely with the wider design team to produce accurate drawings and coordinated models; identify potential design issues and ensure mechanical and electrical services are effectively integrated.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Revit MEP experience
- Previous MEP coordination experience
- AutoCAD or AutoCAD MEP capability
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical Building Services
- Experience producing coordinated models and technical drawings
- Ability to identify and resolve coordination issues
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Availability to work five days per week
Candidates whose AutoCAD skills are slightly less recent may still be considered, provided they have a strong overall coordination background and are comfortable returning to regular CAD-based work.
