Newham | £380 to £460 per day | Outside IR35 | 12-Month Contract
If you're an experienced Building Services Project Manager looking for a long-term Outside IR35 contract, this is a strong one to consider.
What you'll be doing
- Managing M&E delivery across a live hospital project
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project activities
- Monitoring programme, quality and progress
- Managing day-to-day issues and keeping delivery on track
- Working closely with the wider project and construction teams
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
What we're looking for
- Strong experience as a Project Manager within Building Services or M&E
- Either a Mechanical or Electrical background
- Previous experience working for an M&E contractor
- Strong site and project delivery experience
- Confidence managing teams and subcontractors
- Black CSCS Card is essential
- Availability to work on site in Newham 5 days per week
The opportunity
This is a 12-month contract, giving you the chance to see a substantial hospital project through over a longer period rather than jumping into another short-term assignment.
The role is Outside IR35, paying £380 to £460 per day, with 5 days per week required on site in Newham.
