An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lead Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing Building Services consultancy delivering technically complex projects across a diverse portfolio of developments. This role is ideal for an experienced BIM Coordinator who is ready to step into a project leadership position. You'll combine hands-on Revit MEP coordination with project management responsibilities, leading BIM delivery, coordinating external BIM resources and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical standards.
The successful Lead Revit MEP Coordinator will act as the technical lead on projects, supporting both internal teams and external BIM partners while remaining actively involved in model coordination and project delivery.
The Role
- Leading BIM coordination across multiple Building Services projects
- Producing and reviewing coordinated Revit MEP models
- Acting as the project lead for BIM delivery from design through to construction
- Managing and coordinating external BIM bureaux to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved
- Supporting engineers and project teams throughout the coordination process
- Resolving complex coordination issues and providing practical technical solutions
- Maintaining BIM standards and ensuring model quality across all project deliverables
- Attending client, design and coordination meetings
- Remaining hands-on with Revit MEP modelling while providing technical leadership across projects

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Lead Revit MEP Coordinator with strong coordination experience and the ambition to take the next step in their career. Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, Senior BIM Coordinator or Lead Revit MEP Coordinator
- Strong Revit MEP modelling and coordination skills
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary Building Services projects
- Excellent understanding of BIM workflows and digital project delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to lead project coordination and manage competing priorities
The following would be advantageous:
- Previous experience managing external BIM bureaux or subcontractors
- Experience acting as a project lead or mentoring junior coordinators
- Knowledge of Stage 4 and Stage 5 project delivery
- Building Services consultancy experience
