We are currently seeking an Intermediate BIM Technician to join a growing and forward-thinking consultancy in London on a hybrid basis. This role will be supporting projects across Stages 2–5, working on a wide variety of sectors including data centres, residential, commercial, and office fit-outs.
While an architectural BIM background is ideal, candidates from structural or general BIM backgrounds are also encouraged to apply, provided they are comfortable working in an architectural-focused role.

Key Responsibilities- Produce and develop BIM models using Revit across RIBA Stages 2–5.
- Support the delivery of coordinated architectural and BIM outputs.
- Work collaboratively with Architects, Engineers, and wider design teams.
- Assist with BIM standards, data management, and model coordination.
- Contribute to multiple projects across different sectors.
- Ensure models and drawings meet project and quality requirements.
- Intermediate-level BIM Technician experience.
- Strong, hands-on Revit capability (essential).
- Background in architectural BIM, general BIM, or structures.
- Comfortable working across multiple project stages and sectors.
- Keen to develop skills and progress within a growing business.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
