We are looking for a skilled Hydraulic Modeller to join an international multidisciplinary consultancy, in a long-term contract role. As the successful candidate you will be required to work from our client\’s office in Bristol or Cardiff, or the option to work remotely is available. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of water and environmental projects with a motivating team. -£40/hour-£60/hour inside IR35 (depending on experience). -Flexible and remote working arrangements. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and run hydraulic/hydrological models (e.g., InfoWorks ICM, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW). -Prepare technical reports and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. -Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements. What we are looking for: -Prior experience in the water and environmental sector is desirable. -Degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, geography). -Progressing toward professional accreditation. -Experience with hydraulic modelling tools (Flood Modeller, ESTRY, TUFLOW) and GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS). -Strong technical report writing skills
