This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting mix of projects such as commercial, retail, logics, and industrial. -Salary ranging from £32,000-£37,000 (depending on experience). -Hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities: -Manage your workload to meet deadlines, monitor project costs, and understand the impact of design decisions on budgets. -Attend meetings, represent your discipline professionally, and communicate effectively with clients and project teams. -Carry out site and condition surveys, respond to site queries, and prepare clear technical reports and documentation. -Produce and coordinate designs, calculations, schedules, and specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards and CDM regulations. -Support sustainability in designs, assist with inspections and commissioning, and contribute to client satisfaction and future business opportunities.
