Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Building Services team as a Senior Specialist Recruiter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment, building relationships, developing talent networks and becoming a true market specialist. If you're an experienced recruiter who enjoys delivery, candidate engagement and market expertise more than cold business development, we'd love to hear from you.
Competitive basic salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission

As a Senior Specialist Recruiter, you'll become a recognised expert within your market, building long-term relationships with engineering professionals and supporting clients in securing the industry's best talent.
- Building and maintaining a network of Building Services professionals
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Creating candidate shortlists and market intelligence for clients
- Developing talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
You'll support recruitment for leading engineering consultancies, contractors, local authorities and major infrastructure projects across the UK and internationally.
- Has previous recruitment experience, ideally within a 180 or delivery-focused role
- Enjoys building long-term relationships with candidates
- Has strong sourcing, headhunting and networking skills
- Enjoys becoming a genuine specialist within their market
- Can commute to our Fareham office Monday-Friday
Experience within engineering, construction, technical or professional services recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential.
