Surrey 36- 40 per hour Inside IR35 6-Month Contract
We're looking for an experienced Nuclear Architect with strong Revit skills to join a multidisciplinary team delivering technically complex projects within the nuclear and defence sectors.
You'll work across the RIBA stages, combining architectural design, technical detailing and Revit delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in Surrey.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering architectural design across the RIBA stages
- Producing detailed designs and technical information using Revit
- Supporting complex nuclear and defence projects
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
- Ensuring designs meet UK planning, building and construction regulations
- Supporting sustainable design and modern methods of construction
What we're looking for
- Previous nuclear or defence architecture experience
- Strong Revit skillsProven experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Strong technical design and detailing capabilities
- Understanding of security and CTM design
- SC Cleared or eligible to obtain SC Clearance
- Able to work in Epsom 3 days per week
- Single British nationality required due to project security requirements
