This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in large-scale MEP or building services projects who enjoys managing teams, driving project performance and overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion. You will take ownership of a significant electrical package within a major development, leading project teams and working closely with senior operational leadership to ensure successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
The Role You will be involved in:
- Leading the delivery of a major electrical package on a large-scale construction project
- Managing project teams including Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers and Site Managers
- Overseeing programme, quality, commercial and operational performance
- Supporting project planning through PCSA, pre-construction and delivery phases
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Driving health, safety and technical compliance across the project
- Reporting into senior project and operational leadership teams
- Supporting successful project delivery from inception through to completion
