CAD Coordinator in East Horsley

North Surrey | £35,000 to £40,000 | Permanent | Office Based

If you're a CAD Coordinator with a mechanical bias, this could be a good opportunity to join a growing design team where your specialist experience will be use from day one.

You'll be supporting a growing team as their workload continues to grow.

What you'll be doing

• Producing and coordinating 2D CAD drawings for HVAC systems
• Working predominantly across mechanical systems
• Coordinating designs with wider project and engineering teams
• Reviewing drawings and resolving coordination issues
• Producing accurate technical information for project delivery
• Supporting the design team across live projects

What we’re looking for

• Strong AutoCAD experience
• A mechanical building services bias is essential
• Good experience working specifically with HVAC systems
• Experience within an MEP or Building Services environment
• Strong technical drawing and coordination skills
• Comfortable working from the North Surrey office 5 days per week

We're specifically looking for HVAC design and coordination experience rather than a fabrication-focused background.

The opportunity

This is a permanent position paying £35,000 to £40,000, joining an established Building Services team as an additional hire.

The position is fully office based in North Surrey, 5 days per week, so it will particularly suit someone local who enjoys working closely with the wider design team.
