An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Manager to join a well-established and growing building services consultancy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical BIM leadership, team management, and client-facing responsibilities, while playing a key role in shaping BIM standards and delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, residential, and data centre sectors.

The Role

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of BIM Technicians and Coordinators
  • Oversee BIM delivery across multiple building services projects
  • Provide hands-on support to engineers with Revit MEP and BIM workflows
  • Maintain and enhance BIM standards, procedures, and quality control processes
  • Coordinate closely with design and engineering teams to drive project delivery
  • Attend client meetings and act as a technical BIM lead
  • Support training, mentoring, and development within the BIM team
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across BIM processes

This is a hands-on leadership role, offering a balance of technical delivery, team management, and strategic input.

  • Proven experience as a BIM Manager (or similar role)
  • Background within building services / MEP environments
  • Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and BIM processes
  • Previous contractor experience is desirable
  • Experience leading, mentoring and managing BIM teams

  • Ability to drive BIM standards and ensure successful project delivery
  • Experience supporting projects through Stage 5 delivery is beneficial
