Canary Wharf, London | 300- 360 per day | Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract We re looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join a main contractor on a major, long-term commercial fit-out and refurbishment project in Canary Wharf.
The role will initially be hands-on, covering Revit modelling, overlays and model data validation, before developing into a management position overseeing trade coordination and Stage 5 design.
It s particularly well suited to an experienced CAD / BIM Coordinator ready to step up into Digital Construction Management.
What you ll be doing Producing and reviewing models using Autodesk Revit Supporting BIM coordination and model overlays Validating model data and digital information Coordinating MEP and wider trade packages Supporting Stage 5 design delivery Progressing into oversight of trade coordination and digital construction activities What we re looking for Strong Autodesk Revit and AEC suite experience Previous BIM / CAD coordination experience MEP coordination experience would be particularly beneficial Experience validating model data Good understanding of construction-stage BIM delivery Ready to progress from a coordination role into management Able to work site-based in Canary Wharf - Scope for a temp-to-perm arrangement.
