Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Commissioning Manager to join our client’s team in a permanent role. You will have the opportunity to work on a mixture of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, working on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in Sussex).
Our client is a respected multi-disciplinary engineering and construction company, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across the water, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee testing (manual, automated, and performance).
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
- Lead and support the commissioning team.
- Communicate clearly with clients and project teams.
Key Requirements:
- Experience commissioning water or wastewater treatment projects.
- Familiar with UK water industry standards and AMP frameworks.
- Background working with contractors or water utilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ICA and process systems is a plus.
