Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Commissioning Manager to join our client’s team in a permanent role. You will have the opportunity to work on a mixture of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, working on a hybrid basis (3 days a week in Sussex).

Our client is a respected multi-disciplinary engineering and construction company, delivering innovative, sustainable solutions across the water, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee testing (manual, automated, and performance).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Lead and support the commissioning team.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and project teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience commissioning water or wastewater treatment projects.
  • Familiar with UK water industry standards and AMP frameworks.
  • Background working with contractors or water utilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ICA and process systems is a plus.
