Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a technically excellent Senior Civil Engineer to join a construction engineering company, in a permanent position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s London office, working on exciting refurbishment, new builds, and commercial projects.
- Competitive salary ranging from £55,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).
- Hybrid working arrangements, company pension scheme, and generous annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the design and delivery of projects from concept to construction.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.
- Mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development activities.
- Must have extensive experience working as a Civil Engineer.
- Excellent knowledge and skills using Civil3D and Infodrainage.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Must be chartered or near chartered.
- Must have extensive experience leading teams and projects.
- Strong drainage experience.
- Confident communicator with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
