You will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial and residential. Working as part of an experienced MEP team, you will contribute to the production of high-quality models and drawings, supporting design integration and ensuring the successful delivery of coordinated building services solutions.
The Role
- Produce and coordinate Revit models across a range of building services projects, supporting efficient digital delivery.
- Support BIM workflows and the production of high-quality technical drawings and project information.
- Assist with model management, coordination and data integrity, ensuring consistency across project deliverables.
- Work closely with engineers, consultants and wider project teams to support collaborative design and coordination.
- Contribute to the delivery of multidisciplinary BIM projects, supporting integration across all disciplines.
- Maintain and uphold BIM standards, model quality and best practices throughout project lifecycles.

- Proven experience as a BIM Technician within building services or MEP environments.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed models.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in Revit on live projects.
