Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking multiple BIM Modelers of various levels to be active members of a global engineering Consultancy, in a permanent position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s London office whilst working on large-scale rail projects.
–Competitive salary ranging from £40,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage projects from technical design through to construction, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Create and coordinate detailed 3D models using Bentley ProjectWise, OpenBuilding Designer, and MicroStation.
- Conduct clash detection whilst ensuring the design models are at a good standard and all disciplines are being effectively incorporated.
- Participate in quality assurance checks to meet employer information requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assist with the development and delivery of model designs and project progression.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in infrastructure/transportation projects.
- Strong proficiency in the use of software tools, such as Bentley (ProjectWise and OpenBuilding).
- Solid grasp of BIM standards, quality assurance, and model coordination practices.
- Willingness to take on new tools and methods and adapt to evolving modelling technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively to build and maintain rapport with clients, with a strong attention-to detail and an ability to solve on-going problems.
