Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are working with a global M&E Consultancy who are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join their reputable team, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to attend the London office on a hybrid basis whilst working on a range of commercial and data centre projects.
Competitive salary: £60,000-£75,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production, development, and implementation of BIM systems across a range of complex commercial and Data Centre projects, ensuring alignment to client requirements.
- Establish and maintain detailed and accurate BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and system workflows.
- Liaise with project teams, across various fields, ensuring design and project intent is being communicated effectively.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to internal teams, offering frequent training opportunities and guidance.
- Oversee model coordination and clash detection works using relevant software tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, and Navisworks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on commercial and data centre projects is preferred.
- Extensive experience working as a BIM Manager, or a similar position.
- Ability to manage BIM systems within large-scale Data Centre projects.
- Significant proficiency with relevant industry software tools and resources, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Common Data Environments (CDEs).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 industry standards, regulations, and codes, as well as digital workflows and industry best practices.
- Effective communication, team management, and mentoring skills and abilities.
