We are working in tandem with a global multidisciplinary consultancy, who are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their project team, in a permanent position. Our client is looking for you to bring your skills and expertise to their organisation, working from their London office on a hybrid basis on a variety of complex Data Centre and commercial projects.
- Competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities
- Manage and produce detailed BIM designs, whilst liaising with multidisciplinary project professionals, allowing for designs to adhere to client needs.
- Run frequent clash detection assessments to locate issues pre‑emptively, maintaining quality assurance throughout.
- Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and kept up to date, within the Common Data Environment.
- Conduct frequent coordination meetings with project teams, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator, or in a relevant role.
- Prior experience working on Data Centre and other complex projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry software tools such as Revit and Navisworks, as well as key clash detection systems and COBie data systems.
- Significant knowledge of BIM systems, and the relevant industry standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in the management and development of detailed BIM models and designs, ensuring accuracy.
- Effective written and communication skills.
