We're looking for a Chartered MEP Director to lead multidisciplinary Building Services design teams, with a particular focus on the delivery of major sports projects. This is a senior technical and client-facing position combining MEP design leadership, multidisciplinary project delivery and business development within the sports sector.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading MEP design and delivery across complex sports projects
- Leading multidisciplinary engineering and design teams
- Developing relationships with key clients and collaborators
- Supporting business development within the sports sector
- Identifying and pursuing new project opportunities in the UK and internationally
- Helping strengthen the team's profile and presence within the sports market
What we're looking for:
- Chartered Engineer status
- Senior-level MEP / Building Services experience
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong technical and project leadership capabilities
- Confident client relationship and business development skills
- Experience within sports or complex major projects would be highly advantageous
The opportunity:
£80,000-£90,000, offering a senior leadership position with the opportunity to shape the delivery and growth of a specialist sports project portfolio, both in the UK and internationally.
