About the Role
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Architect to join a well-established Architectural Practice. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis from our client's Manchester Studio, where you will be working on large scale Healthcare, Education and Residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to high-quality architectural design from concept to delivery
- Produce and present design ideas clearly through drawings, models, and presentations
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, consultants, and clients
- Prepare and coordinate drawings, reports, and design information
- Support project delivery across multiple RIBA stages
- Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards
- Participate in design reviews and internal discussions
- Contribute positively to studio culture and collaborative working
Key Requirements
- Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent)
- Strong, design-led portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
- Ability to clearly articulate design thinking and concepts
- Experience working within a professional architectural practice
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient software experience in Revit and AutoCAD
- Understanding of UK planning and building regulations
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and design-focused approach
