Associate Structural Engineer

Are you an Associate Structural Engineer looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a leading Civil & Structural consultancy, is seeking a motivated, Associate Structural Engineer to join their Berkhamsted team on a hybrid basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including, Industrial, Highways, Refurbishment and Data Centres.
Key Responsibilities: Manage engineering designs in line with client requirements Review and approve designs produced by more junior staff Taking a lead role in relation to the technical delivery of projects, and technical supervision and guidance to less experienced staff Recognised point of contact for clients on projects Along with the Director contribute to the day-to-day management and control of projects including financial management, compliance checks, environmental and health and safety procedures Conduct client meetings.
Key Requirements: Degree Qualified in civil or structural engineering Chartered or progressing towards MIStructE/MICE Proven experience in technical competence, conducting meetings as well as proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proven experience working in consultancy environment Knowledge of Industrial, Commercial or Retail projects Good communication and people skills Ability to lead a team Proven experience of leading projects Experience of working closely with developers/contractors ADZN1_UKTJ
