Step into a key leadership role as an Operations Supervisor with our client in Stevenson, North Ayrshire. We’re looking for an organised, people-focused supervisor to lead our frontline teams and keep our operations running smoothly and safely.
- £21.75 PAYE + Rolled up holidays + pensions

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing operatives, vehicles, plant and materials to deliver works on time and to a high standard
- Planning and scheduling workloads and appointments, making sure the right people and resources are in the right place at the right time
- Monitoring progress, productivity and quality, and making adjustments where needed
- Managing subcontractors, from identifying when they’re needed, to monitoring their performance
- Responding professionally to customer enquiries and complaints
- Keeping accurate records, documentation and reports using both manual and computerised systems
- Ensuring all Health & Safety and Asbestos procedures are followed, including on-site checks and inspections
- Verifying timesheets, overtime, vehicle tracker information and other documentation
- Supporting out-of-hours services and contributing to emergency planning activities
What you'll have:
- A background/ knowledge of dampness treatment works [Desirable]
- CSCS Card [Essential]
- CMI - HNC in Construction or Management or equivalent
- Building Trade qualification (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Full UK Drivers License [Essential]
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in an operational, repairs, maintenance or field-based service environment
- Strong people management skills
- Able to lead, motivate and organise teams
- Confident in planning, scheduling and using resources efficiently
- Comfortable using IT systems and producing clear, accurate records and reports
- A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service
