Blueprint are working with a local, Fife based company, who are looking to add Groundworkers to their team, on a full time, permanent basis. The role will involve a wide-array of general civils work, and working away from home is a regular part of the job. The company undertakes all different aspects of civil engineering, including commercial EV chargers, FM, and civils contracting. What we’re looking for: – CSCS Card (Required) – Drivers License (Required) – NPORS/CPCS tickets (advantageous) – Solid experience in different aspects of groundworks Including: Concreting, ductwork, drainage, tarring, and EV chargers. – Reliable, hardworking and looking to commit to a permanent opportunity. Package/Benefits: -Company vehicle -Pension scheme -Above industry standard rates of pay (PAYE) -28 days holiday (per annum) – Continued opportunities for personal development and training – Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x.
