As a CNC Programmer / Operator, you will be responsible for driving the programming function, supporting production efficiency, and contributing to the continuous development of our manufacturing processes.

- Key Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Alphacam (essential), with experience in Auto CAD and HSB CAD considered a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of CNC programming techniques and machining principles.
- Hands-on CNC machining experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
- IT literate, with competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 3 years’ CNC programming experience (preferred).
