We are after an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee works on a new build residential apartment project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee mechanical works on new build apartments
- Prepare and implement RAMS
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Liaise effectively with the main contractor
- Manage and monitor programmes of works to meet project deadlines
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site labour
- Maintain quality control and ensure works meet project specifications
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Manager’s Card
- SMSTS certification
- Proven experience managing mechanical works
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades
Package:
- £300.00-£350.00 per day
- Ongoing project work
