We are after an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee works on a new build residential apartment project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee mechanical works on new build apartments
  • Prepare and implement RAMS
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on site
  • Liaise effectively with the main contractor
  • Manage and monitor programmes of works to meet project deadlines
  • Supervise subcontractors and on-site labour
  • Maintain quality control and ensure works meet project specifications

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Manager’s Card
  • SMSTS certification
  • Proven experience managing mechanical works
  • Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades

Package:

  • £300.00-£350.00 per day
  • Ongoing project work
