We are after an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee works on a commercial refurb project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee mechanical works on a commercial project.
- Prepare and implement RAMS.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Liaise effectively with the main contractor.
- Manage and monitor programmes of works to meet project deadlines.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site labour.
- Maintain quality control and ensure works meet project specifications.
Requirements:
