Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a confident, detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role has a strong focus on email marketing and audience engagement and the opportunity to assist with social media and design. You’ll play a key role in growing and engaging audiences across our industry-leading events by creating compelling email campaigns, building targeted data segments and collaborating with teams across the business to make sure the right message reaches the right people at the right time. This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive marketer with 1–2 years’ experience who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is keen to grow their career within international B2B events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the email marketing campaigns across the full event lifecycle (pre, during and post-event) to drive engagement and visitor registrations.
- Build and manage segmented data lists to deliver targeted and relevant messaging to key audience groups, including VIPs and strategic partners.
- Analyse email and campaign performance using reporting tools and insights to continually optimise engagement and conversions.
- Support the growth of event audiences through research, targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Contribute to social media activity in collaboration with the wider marketing team and support our Designer.
- Assist with community building and relationship management across priority audience segments.
- Work closely with Event Directors, Conference Directors, Sales and Marketing colleagues to identify key audiences and align messaging.
- Write clear, engaging copy for marketing materials.
- Keep organised records of marketing activity and campaign performance.
- Support on-site audience engagement at events when required.
