About Us
We’re a small, dynamic events company producing three leading B2B exhibitions and conferences each year — in Germany, North America, and Dubai. Our events bring together senior professionals, thought leaders, and innovative businesses from across our target industries. We’re passionate about creating engaging experiences and high-quality content that drives meaningful connections year‑round.
We’re now looking for a creative and proactive Content Marketing Manager to lead the content and social media strategy across our event portfolio. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with a small but ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, event portfolio, and brand vision.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of high‑performing content across multiple channels to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
- Use data‑driven insights to refine strategy, test new formats, and optimise content performance.
- Foster creativity, accountability, and best practice across all content output.
- Collaborate closely with Event Directors to ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all campaigns.
Social Media & Community Development
- Set the strategic direction for social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee the creation of impactful, campaign‑led content calendars that strengthen community engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor performance metrics, providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance audience growth and retention.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
- Lead the development of compelling multimedia content (copy, graphics, and video) that communicates the value and vision of our events and brands.
- Drive innovation in content formats, including thought‑leadership pieces, podcasts, video interviews, and live event storytelling.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and strategic objectives, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and creativity.
- Partner with the Design team to deliver visually striking, on‑brand digital assets that elevate campaign impact.
Website, SEO & Digital Optimisation
- Oversee content governance across event websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance against key SEO metrics.
- Define and execute a blog and thought‑leadership content plan that positions our events as industry leaders and drives organic growth.
- Work with digital specialists to analyse site performance, implement SEO best practices, and improve conversion pathways.
Event Content & Asset Management
- Direct the creation and curation of content before, during, and after each event — ensuring assets are leveraged to extend brand visibility year‑round.
- Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, and other content partners to capture and repurpose impactful event materials.
- Oversee digital asset management processes, ensuring all content is properly archived, tagged, and accessible across teams.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Stay ahead of trends in B2B events, content marketing, and digital engagement — proactively identifying new tools, channels, and creative opportunities.
- Benchmark against competitors and industry best practice to continually elevate our approach and content impact.
About You
- 7+ years’ experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications — ideally within B2B events, media, or publishing.
- Proven track record developing and executing content strategies that drive measurable growth and engagement.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editorial skills with the ability to craft content for diverse audiences and channels.
- Strong, proven understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics to guide optimisation and ROI.
- Experienced in managing agency partners, and collaborating cross‑functionally with team members and senior leaders.
- Highly organised with the ability to balance strategic priorities and hands‑on delivery across multiple projects.
- A forward‑thinking creative with an eye for design, innovation, and emerging digital trends.
- Willingness to travel internationally to key events (Europe, North America, Middle East).
