Our hospital in beautiful Irvine, CA is seeking a board certified or a board eligible Internal Medicine specialist to join their great team. Our clinicians offer 24/7 emergency care as well as specialty services in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Cardiology, Critical Care and Neurology. Onsite diagnostic and treatment capabilities include a CT scanner, ultrasound, MRI, chemotherapy, endoscopy, arthroscopy, laparoscopy and digital radiography. Our 24-hour pet hospital is located in Irvine, California just 40 miles south of Los Angeles on I-5. We are close to Huntington and Newport Beach and are open all day, every day to provide the care your pet needs.

In order to transform and lead the industry through innovative quality medicine and care, we understand the importance of continuous learning. We offer annual continuing education allowance, free continuing education sessions, our own BluePearl University for training, and our clinicians have access to over 2,000 medical journals. ER Clinicians will receive an annual stipend of $2,100 and specialist clinicians will receive an annual stipend of $2,600.

- Flexible work schedules.
- Paid time off, parental leave, and floating holiday plans: Clinicians will receive 3 weeks PTO and 6 floating holidays each year.
- Board Study Pay for Specialists: 50% of base salary for 6 weeks is offered for clinicians preparing and taking their board examinations.

The annual salary range for this position is $184,030 to $269,500. Additionally, you may be eligible to earn certain production as determined in accordance with company policy. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and/or hospital. Please discuss specific ancillary benefits with your interviewer.
