BlueMetric is a UK technology company backed by an established London private equity firm. We sell into large enterprise operators across the UK and are scaling our commercial team in Holborn. Further detail on our product and sector is shared during the interview process.

The Role

You will engage and convert senior decision-makers at our target customers. Discovery calls, product demos, and structured pipeline management — with qualified meetings booked for you, not cold lists. No experience required. Graduates welcome. We are open to any degree, any background. You do not need prior sales experience, sector knowledge, or a pre-existing network. We provide full product and sales training.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Composure with senior stakeholders
  • Discipline — CRM hygiene, follow-through, pipeline reviews
  • Intelligence and curiosity to learn a structured product
  • Professional personal presentation

How to apply

REQUIRED: 30-SECOND VIDEO Attach a short video (30 seconds or less) with your application. Filmed on your phone, in one take. No editing, no script. Do two things: (1) introduce yourself, (2) pitch us on any everyday object within arm’s reach — a pen, your mug, your phone. This is a quick test of clarity and presence, not creativity or production value. Too large to upload? Paste a link — unlisted YouTube, Loom, or Google Drive (sharing set to “Anyone with the link”). Applications without a video will not be reviewed.

Process

  • Apply via this listing with your video
  • Selected candidates invited to a group assessment day at our Holborn office
  • Final discussions and offers issued shortly thereafter

Compensation

Competitive base salary with significant uncapped commission. Full-time and part-time arrangements considered.
