We partner with our clients to help them achieve commercial success across the lifecycle of their products, portfolios and organizations. Our project types include new product planning, launch strategy & planning, brand & life cycle planning and corporate & portfolio strategy, across a variety of specialty therapeutic areas. Primary Responsibilities

  • Local (UK) Office and Team Management: (50%)
    • Supervising and mentoring the team's Operations Specialist, empowering them to deliver against daily office tasks and operations while providing guidance on their professional growth.
    • Driving excellence in our workspace by expertly sourcing and managing vendors, utilizing stellar communication skills as the pivotal contact point.
    • Evolving our UK workspace to meet the needs of our growing team and fostering a productive environment.
    • Developing an office sixth sense, skillfully managing calendars and logistics to orchestrate seamless meetings, complete with expert room bookings, catering, and technical setups.
    • Serving as a key point of contact for helping teams troubleshoot operational/technical issues.
    • Taking an active role in UK recruiting processes in collaboration with the EU HR Director, including communication with potential candidates.
    • Managing key aspects of employee onboarding, planning for and ensuring a smooth and engaging introduction to our team.
    • Leading in-person social/office events to create memorable impressions and a cohesive office culture.
    • Collaborating regionally across the EU, US and India People and Operations teams to streamline UK/EU operations and ways of working.
  • Business Growth and Excellence: (50%)
    • Driving high-impact operational projects for the EU region, such as leading the team staffing process and experience, providing operational support for BD/Marketing efforts, etc. These will be as determined by (and in collaboration with) regional leadership (Partners).
    • Working directly with the Finance team to manage budgets and office spending.
    • Developing reporting of key operational metrics for the regional leadership team.
    • Enabling firm excellence by supervising expense report reviews and timesheet compliance.

Desired Experience and Skills

  • 3+ year college degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in an operations role, with at least 3+ years in operations management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Extremely tech-savvy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a MUST.
  • Proficient in Apple OS and Google Suite apps.
  • Ability to quickly build proficiency in other programs.
  • Passionate, curious and open-minded personality with proactive approach to anticipating and supporting the needs of our team.
