Salary £28,000 – £34,000 per annum
About the Role
Bluelink is hiring a reliable Handyman to handle day-to-day repairs, tenant turnaround tasks and small improvement works across residential and light commercial properties.
What you will do
- Complete reactive and planned maintenance tickets to SLA
- Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating touch-ups and fixtures
- Prepare voids and Airbnb turnovers alongside cleaning teams
- Photograph completed works and update the job system
- Escalate complex trade issues promptly
- Keep the van stocked and present Bluelink professionally on every visit

What we're looking for
- Proven multi-skilled maintenance / handyman experience
- Competent in basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating
- UK driving licence and clean, customer-friendly manner
- Able to work independently and manage a daily job list
- Right to work in the UK; DBS preferred for residential access
- CSCS card — advantageous
